Private Citizens Outbid Cops in Gun Buyback

I would be lying if I said I had never thought of this but I guess I lacked the balls to do so. However, these folks didn't. Apparently, they were outbidding police in Austin Texas for some great deals on guns that the police would have had destroyed.
